Ingredients
1/4 cup(50g) Brown Sugar
2tbspPaprika
1tbspSalt
2tspBlack Pepper
2tspGarlic Powder
2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspCumin
1/2tspGround Mustard
1/4tspGround Cayenne
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined. You can also add all of the ingredients to a glass jar, or other sealed container, and shake vigerously until well combined.
Notes
Storing Instructions: Store this rub in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months. Shake or stir well before using. Yield: About 2/3 cup.
