Ingredients

  • 4 ears Corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat grill to around 375° F.
  • Place the ears of corn on grill over direct heat. Rotate every 5 minutes to ensure they are grilled evenly.
  • If you'd like to give the corn a charred look, remove the corn from the husk after 20 minutes and grill directly on the grate for 5 minutes or until you begin to see even char marks on the corn.
  • Pull the corn off the grill and coat with a tablespoon of butter along with a pinch of salt and black pepper or our BBQ rub. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Corn in the husk may need to be soaked. If the husk on your corn is pale and brittle, let it soak in water for 20 minutes to one hour before grilling. If the husk is green and healthy, it can be placed straight on the grill. However, if you want some added assurance let them soak no matter their appearance.
How To Grill Frozen Corn on the Cob - Coat each piece of corn in butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Next, wrap each piece of corn tightly in foil to hold in the steam.  Finally, place them on the 375° F grill for 25-30 minutes. Just be sure to turn periodically so it doesn't burn.
Try using our BBQ Rub instead of salt and pepper to add extra flavor.
