Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to 425° F.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  • Generously season all sides of the wings with salt and pepper. Use our BBQ Rub or Chicken Rub if you prefer.
  • Place the chicken wings on the grill over direct heat. Flip the wings every 5 minutes or so to ensure all sides are cooked evenly.
  • Cook for 15-25 minutes or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 175°-180°F. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the wings.
  • Remove the wings from the grill and allow them to rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy as is or toss in your favorite sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure the wings are patted completely dry before grilling. This will ensure the skin is nice and crispy.
  • If you plan on tossing the wings in a sauce, do so right before serving.
  • Frozen wings can be used but make sure to let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight before grilling.
